Rates
The lowest internet rates are only available for bookings made through www.vivarabali.com.
Rates are in Indonesian Rupiah, and billing will be processed in Indonesian Rupiah. Room rates are inclusive of taxes and service charges unless otherwise specified. Unless otherwise specified, the prices indicated are per room for the number of people and the date(s) selected.
Additional services (additional person, airport transfer, babysitting, lunch/dinner etc.) are optional unless specifically selected as part of the booking. Room rates are inclusive of breakfast unless otherwise specified.
Special group rates are available; please contact reservation@vivarabali.com.
The group rate is indicated for a reservation of a minimum of 7 rooms per period.
Rates may change without prior notice.
Additional Charges
An extra bed charge will apply for an additional person above 6 years in a room above the number specified in the room description.
Please note that a maximum of one extra bed is allowed in each room unless otherwise specified.

Amending a Reservation
Reservations can be changed with prior notice, subject to room availability. Please contact reservation@vivarabali.com
Guarantee Reservation
A refundable deposit to the value of 1 night’s stay will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking.
The credit card used to reserve rooms must be valid for the entire stay and must be presented upon check-in.
Please note that if you are booking on behalf of someone else, Vivara Bali will contact you directly and arrange third-party billing.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, JCB & Diners Club.
Payment can also be made using a bank transfer.
A copy of proof of payment will be required and can be emailed to reservations@vivarabali.com or WA to our reservation at +62 812 4619 5559.
In the unlikely event that an overbooking occurs, or for any other unforeseen circumstance, the Hotel is unable to hold rooms consistent with our terms and conditions, the hotel will attempt to accommodate guests, at our expense, at a comparable hotel in the area and will pay for transportation to that hotel.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-out time is 12:00 am. You can deposit your luggage with us and enjoy the Hotel. A late check-out lounge with a shower is available near the lobby area.
If you wish to keep your room after the respective check-out time, please contact your guest relations officer (GRO), who will inform you about the additional charges.
Late check-out depends on the availability and cannot be guaranteed.
– Till 4 pm + IDR 1200,000,- net (1 BRV), for other villa’s type will be an additional
– Till 6 pm + IDR 1400.000,- net (1 BRV), for other villa’s type will be an additional
– After 6 pm, a full charge (like the night before and based on availability).
Early check-in depends on room availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation, No Show and Early Departure
If you fail to arrive on the specified date or cancel a booking within 6 days before arrival, you will be charged the first night’s room rate. We will refund the remaining balance. We will refund your payment or deposit for any cancellation requested more than 6 days in advance. Refunds normally take approximately 14 working days. If your payment or deposit were charged to a credit card, the refund would be made to that credit card.
Children Policy
The maximum number of children sharing a room with parents is one unless otherwise specified.
Vivara Bali will charge for an extra bed for children aged 6 to 12.
Extra bed and breakfast for children under 6 years old are free.
We classify children till the age of 12 years old.
Extra bed and breakfast for children under 6 years old are free.
Baby cots are available at no cost. Please notify our reservation department in advance if one is required.
A babysitting service is available at an additional cost. Please notify our reservation department in advance if this is required.
